Our founder, Mishalle Madni, envisioned a space where individuals and communities could come together to celebrate life’s important moments. Included in your booking

Your booking includes all standard furnishings and access to the kitchen area. We also provide setup and cleanup services, ensuring you can enjoy your event without worry.

Parking

Oasis Party Venue has a shared parking area with a capacity for 50 cars. The parking lot is situated inside a strip mall, and when nearby businesses close at 7:30 PM, all parking becomes available. There is also parking next door at the bank for your convenience.

Host Rules

OVERTIME

Overtime rate applies past the agreed-upon end time; billing increments of one hour will be in effect.

CLEANING / DAMAGES

Clients are responsible for cleaning up after their events. Any damages incurred will be charged at the time of damage assessment.

FURNITURE

Furniture can be moved; however, advance notice is required to ensure everything is returned to its original positioning.

MISCELLANEOUS

Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. Decorations such as glitter and confetti are not allowed due to cleanup concerns. Cooking restrictions apply to certain types of food preparation.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation policy of 50% non-refundable applies to all bookings. Rescheduling options may be available based on timing and availability.

Health and Safety Measures

To help limit the spread of the coronavirus, The Oasis Party Venue has protocols in place so guests can book with peace of mind. We do the following prior to each booking:

1. Sweep, mop and clean the space.
2. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
3. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
4. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
5. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
